This corrigendum is being published to correct the second author’s role of above manuscript by Yoo et al. that was published in Korean Journal of Microbiology (2017. 53, 83–96). The second author, In-Soo Kim, contributed equally to accomplishment of this study and to writing of the manuscript as the first author did.
